Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
Your driver picks you up and takes you to your lodge in Arusha. You'll have time to wander around and check out local art galleries or head to Maasai Central Market where you can look at wood carvings and paintings, or try making bracelets. It's a good chance to get a feel for the local culture and settle in before safari starts.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at 7:30 AM, you'll drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is one of Tanzania's biggest and has a massive elephant population along with iconic baobab trees. During your game drive, watch for lions, leopards, cheetahs, and around 600 elephants near the Tarangire River. You'll have dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, you'll transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a half-day game drive. A packed lunch is included in the park, then you continue exploring. You might see lions, buffalo, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, warthogs, elephants, hippos, and over 300 bird species. Head back to the lodge for dinner and the night.

- Day 4
Lake Natron
Start with a relaxed morning, then take a short drive to Lake Natron. After lunch, local guides lead you on about a 2-hour walk to Ngaresero Waterfall. Later, you'll stroll along the lake's shores to spot lesser flamingos before watching the sunset over the East African Great Rift Valley ridge. Dinner and overnight stay follow.

Lake Natron to Northern Serengeti
After breakfast, you'll drive up to 4 hours from Lake Natron to the Northern Serengeti, passing through changing landscapes. The terrain shifts from dry plateaus to lush Rift Valley greenery. Once you arrive, game drives in the Wogatende area near the Mara River give you chances to see the Great Migration and dramatic river crossings. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephants roam the rocky outcrops.

- Day 6
Northern Serengeti
You'll spend a full day exploring the Northern Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Bring a packed lunch if you prefer or eat at camp. Watch for Mara River crossings and see the Serengeti's rocky outcrops, which provide great stalking grounds for predators. Return to camp in the evening.

Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti
The drive from Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti includes game drives through woodlands and vast plains. Home to Africa's Big Five, the Serengeti offers excellent chances to see lions in their natural behavior. After several days in the safari Jeep, you can take a 2-hour guided walk with an armed ranger if you'd like. Overnight at the tented camp.

Ngorongoro Crater
An early morning game drive in Ngorongoro Crater fills your day with wildlife viewing and a picnic lunch inside the crater. The conservation area has herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthogs, hippos, and African elephants. You'll visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner where flamingos, hippos, and waterfowl gather.

Mto wa Mbu Village to Arusha or Airport
Start the day at a relaxed pace with a short drive to Mto wa Mbu village. Your local guide takes you on a 2 to 3-hour walk through town and the surrounding village to learn about daily life there. You'll see or participate in traditional banana beer making. After lunch with local food, you'll head to Arusha or the airport.
