- CMChristine· November 12th, 2019Moses as well as out driver Omega were truly wonderful. Friendly outgoing generous with their time. Informative. I can’t say enough. There was a little I’ll will between 2 of the travelors and Moses was exceptionally good at easing the problems and making everyone feel comfortable and happy in spite of them. - TNTheresa· August 13th, 2019The guide Zuri, and driver Hamdani were the BEST! They were fun, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, handled all our needs and requests efficiently, and were so enthusiastic about making the trip a great experience for the group. Zuri especially, is a gem - a superb professional and a great asset for the G Adventures company. They should find and hire others like her.Show moreTrip date: August 2019
- DRDEEPTHA· July 6th, 2019Excellent Itinerary with informative guides. Very good accommodations. Good vegetarian options. Asked on February 24th, 2025Can I arrange a 10 day trip? I am a solo traveler, and I would like to be in a small group with seniors like myself. I would like medium range price and accommodation, but I do not want to share a room. Please send me some options.
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written February 2025
Our itineraries are already set and cannot be altered. We offer optional activities to allow everyone to personalize their experiences based on their interests. Our Journeys tours usually have a more senior demographic but once you have a specific tour and date in mind we can look into the demographics for you. Our tours are based on twin-share, but most of the time we offer a single supplement at an additional cost for solo travelers who do not wish to share.

Asked on January 16th, 2025can you please describe what the comfortable tented camping is like. My wife and I are not into sleeping on the ground in a tent. We would rather have a bed.
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written January 2025
Tented camp accommodations on this tour are situated centrally, with easy access to the park for wildlife safari drives. Tents are typically spacious with mosquito-proof netting, comfortable bedding, and en-suite bathroom with flushing toilets and camping showers.

Asked on January 12th, 2025Does your organization do small group (under 10 people) english tours/safaris that also include viewing the great migration during August and/or September 2025?
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written January 2025
Here at National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures we specialize in small group tours. The maximum group size for is 6 travellers. If you join this tour during the migration you are likely going to see it however we can not guarantee that you will as animals are wild creatures and are unpredicable.

Asked on April 3rd, 2023My primary interest in going to Tanzania is to see the Serengeti migration river crossing. I understand that July - September would be the best time to have a chance of experiencing this. Can you give me any information about this with regard to this trip? Also, what level of difficulty would you say this trip is?
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written April 2023
We're not sure what you mean by "level of difficulty" as there are no hikes or anything included in this itinerary, so it has a physical rating of 2 out of 5 if that's what you are referring to. As for the wildebeest migration, the most important thing to understand is that this really is (like all things wildlife/nature related, like weather) it is quite unpredictable and can vary year to year. The migration is massive and runs year round, cycling through the country and crossing a few different rivers. It's also helpful to note that this tour only includes 2 nights in the Serengeti.
