Seoul
You'll get transferred to your hotel and have time to get settled in. The afternoon brings a briefing about what's coming up on your tour, so you'll know what to expect going forward.

- Day 2
Seoul
Start early heading to the DMZ in Cheorwon to see the Second Tunnel, then check out the Cheorwon Peace Observatory for views across to North Korea. From there, you'll visit the abandoned Woljeong-ri railway station and the Baek Ma Battle Memorial. After that, stop by a local Makgeolli producer before heading back to Seoul. By evening, you'll take a city tour hitting City Hall, Deoksugung Palace, and the Myeongdong district, then head back to your hotel by metro.

- Day 3
Seoul
Spend five hours on a Seoul tour starting at Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then walk through the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village. Next you'll see the War Memorial of Korea to learn about the country's conflicts including the Korean War. Later, head to Gangnam District and stop at Lotte World Tower where you'll have free time to go up or explore the surrounding park and shops before returning to your hotel.

- Day 4
Suwon - Jeonju
Start at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul with the chance to see the ceremonial changing of the guard. Then head south to Suwon, Korea's former capital, to explore its UNESCO World Heritage fortifications and the Hwaseong Haenggung summer palace. Continue on to Jeonju to see its historic center with the traditional Hanok Village, little houses, traditional shops, and art galleries.

- Day 5
Damyang - Haeinsa - Busan
Head out to Sunchang Gochujang Village at the base of Mount Amisan to make traditional gochujang (Korean chili paste) by hand. Then go to Damyang to walk through the Juknokwon Bamboo Forest and check out the Bamboo Museum. You'll have lunch with rice cooked inside a bamboo stalk as a local specialty. Later, visit Haeinsa, one of Korea's key Buddhist temples and a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 802, which holds the Tripitaka carved on 80,000 wooden tablets. Travel to Busan for the night.

- Day 6
Busan
In the morning, go to Haedong Yonggung, a beautiful 14th-century Buddhist temple right by the sea. Return to Busan and explore the UN Memorial Cemetery, then visit the country's largest fish market near Nampo Port. Stroll through Yongdusan Park with its 120-meter pagoda, then head to Songdo Beach to ride the marine cable car over the bay. End at the vibrant Gamcheon Culture Village with colorful buildings, winding alleyways, art galleries, pottery workshops, and cafes before heading back to Busan.

Busan to Jeju Island
Fly from Busan Airport to Jeju Island, arriving mid-morning (flight included). The island is one of the Seven Natural Wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check out the Seongsan Ilchulbong Crater at Sunrise Peak, then explore the Seongeup Folk Village at the base of Hallasan Mountain with its traditional stone, clay, and thatched roof houses. Visit the Haenyeo Museum to learn about the iconic women divers and their traditions, customs, ceremonies, and fishing equipment.

- Day 8
Jeju Island
See Jeongbang Waterfall, the only waterfall in Asia that drops directly into the sea. Explore the Jusangjeolli Cliff, a volcanic rock formation with tall stone pillars along the coast. Visit the Osulloc Tea Museum to learn about Korean tea history and tradition, then take a nice walk through the Garden of Thinking, which blends creativity, art, and philosophy. Return to your hotel for the night.
