Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Seoul
You'll get transferred to your hotel and have time to settle in. This afternoon brings a briefing session where you'll learn what to expect from the tour ahead.
- Day 2
DMZ Cheorwon & Seoul Evening
Start early heading to the DMZ in the Cheorwon region to see the Second Tunnel and check out the Peace Observatory, which looks toward North Korea. From there you'll visit the abandoned Woljeong-ri railway station and stop at the Baek Ma Battle Memorial. Later you'll head back to Seoul for an evening city tour hitting City Hall, Deoksugung Palace, and the Myeongdong shopping district before taking the metro back to your hotel.

Seoul Extended City Tour
You'll spend five hours on a comprehensive Seoul tour starting with Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO site, then walk through the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village and see the War Memorial of Korea. After that, head to Gangnam District for shopping and entertainment. Stop at the Lotte World Tower and you'll have the option to go up the observation deck or explore on your own before heading back to your hotel.

Gyeongbokgung Palace & Suwon to Jeonju
Begin with Gyeongbokgung Palace to watch the ceremonial changing of the guard. Then head south to Suwon, Korea's former capital, where you'll walk the UNESCO World Heritage fortress walls and see the summer palace Hwaseong Haenggung. Continue on to Jeonju to explore its historic Hanok Village with its traditional houses, shops, and art galleries throughout.

Damyang Bamboo Forest - Haeinsa Temple to Busan
Visit Sunchang Gochujang Village at the base of Mount Amisan where you'll make traditional Korean chili paste with master artisans. Move on to Damyang to walk through Juknokwon Bamboo Forest and visit the Bamboo Museum. You'll have lunch featuring rice cooked inside a bamboo stalk, then head to Haeinsa, one of Korea's most important Buddhist temples with 80,000 wooden tablets of Buddhist scriptures inside. From there continue on to Busan for the night.

Busan to Seoul by High-Speed Train
Leave Busan early to visit Haedong Yonggung, a 14th-century Buddhist temple right on the coast. Back in Busan you'll see the United Nations Memorial Cemetery with international burials, then check out the country's largest fish market at Nampo Port. Walk around Yongdusan Park and see its 120-meter pagoda before boarding a high-speed train for the three-hour ride back to Seoul.
