Phoenix to Scottsdale
You'll arrive in Phoenix and make your way to Scottsdale on your own schedule. Once settled in, meet up with your Travel Director and the rest of your group for dinner this evening.

- Day 2
Oak Creek Canyon - Grand Canyon National Park
Head out from Scottsdale to Sedona, where red-rock formations surround the artistic town. From there, drive through Oak Creek Canyon and its rocky red cliffs before reaching Grand Canyon National Park. A Local Specialist will walk you through the canyon's geological history. You'll stay overnight at one of the lodges inside the park.

Horseshoe Bend - Navajo Nation
Start early with an optional flightseeing tour over the Grand Canyon if you're interested. Then drive along the South Rim via Desert View Drive to Desert Viewpoint. Stop at the iconic Horseshoe Bend and take a walk out to the rim. Later, head to the Navajo Nation for a Be My Guest experience.

- Day 4
Moab
Leave Page and climb into a 4x4 vehicle for a guided tour of Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park with a Navajo guide. You'll have lunch cooked on site among the buttes and mesas, where Diné tribe members share their connection to this land. Afterward, drive to Moab and wander Main Street at your own pace.

Canyonlands National Park
Spend your day checking out Arches National Park, where wind and rain have carved spectacular sandstone formations like Delicate Arch and Balanced Rock. Later, head to Canyonlands National Park and visit Island in the Sky, a mesa that rises 1,000 feet and offers dramatic views of the surrounding sandstone landscape.

Durango
Arrive at Mesa Verde National Park, a UNESCO site with preserved sandstone dwellings built by Ancestral Puebloan people. Walk through Cliff Palace and other archaeological sites along the mesa-top and cliff-palace loops. Drive on to Durango and check into the historic Strater Hotel, then explore the town at your own pace.

You have the day free in Durango. If you want to stay active, consider a scenic drive along the Million Dollar Highway through Ouray and Silverton, or ride the coal-fired narrow-gauge train (book this separately), or go white-water rafting on the Animas River. Otherwise, relax and enjoy the town.

Taos Pueblo - Santa Fe
Travel along the High Road, a scenic 56-mile route through Northern New Mexico. Visit Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that's been continuously inhabited for 1,000 years. Your tribal resident guide will show you around the adobe dwellings. After that, continue to Santa Fe and arrive at your hotel, which sits just two blocks from the Historic Plaza.
