Bucharest
You'll land at Otopeni Airport in Bucharest and get transferred to your 4-5 star hotel. This evening, meet the other travelers at a Welcome Dinner to start things off before heading out on the Danube.

- Day 2
Fetesti
Start the day exploring Bucharest's French-style buildings and key landmarks like the State University, Triumphal Arch, Romanian Athenaeum, and Royal Palace. You'll also visit Stavropoleos Orthodox church, grab lunch with local food, then get photos of Parliament Palace. After that, head to Fetesti to board the ship, where you'll have a Welcome Cocktail and dinner on board.

Danube Delta
Take a bus from Hârsova to Tulcea for a delta safari boat trip through the Danube Delta, one of the world's largest wetland areas and a UNESCO site. Later in the evening, there's a folklore program back on the ship.

Murfatlar
After morning coffee, travel to Constanta, Romania's oldest continuously occupied city and main seaport with 2,500 years of history. Check out the Museum of Folk Art, then head to the Murfatlar wine region for tastings.

Arbanassi
The ship reaches Svisthov, Bulgaria in the morning. There's an optional trip to Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria's oldest town, where you can see the medieval fortress of Tsarevets on a hilltop and the village of Arbanassi with its church murals and rose oil. You'll have Bulgarian lunch before returning to the ship at Nikopol.

- Day 6
Iron Gates
Spend the day relaxing on board while cruising through the Iron Gates, the narrowest section of the Danube bordered by tall stone cliffs. You'll take in over 110 kilometers of natural scenery and see the rock sculpture of King Decebalus carved into the riverbank.

Belgrade
Arrive in Belgrade, Serbia's capital city with a mix of Western and local culture. Join a morning tour of Kalemegdan Fortress at the junction of the Sava and Danube rivers, then visit the National Museum, Parliament building, and St. Sava Cathedral, the largest Orthodox church in the world.

- Day 8
Kalocsa
Relax on ship in the morning before reaching Mohacs at lunch. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Puszta grasslands in eastern Hungary, a landscape that's stayed largely the same for 2,000 years. Head to Kalocsa, famous for paprika, to try local food and then watch a horse show with Hungarian riders and traditional skills.

- Day 9
Budapest
Pull into Budapest, the 'Queen of the Danube', and explore the State Opera House, Parliament, and Heroes Square. Climb Fisherman's Bastion for river views, and there's an optional afternoon to check out Budapest's food scene. By evening, take a lighted city tour followed by folklore music and entertainment.

Bratislava
Arrive in Bratislava, Slovakia's capital where the Morava and Danube meet. The city has nice Gothic and Baroque architecture. Tour up to Castle Hill for views over the city, then walk through the old town to see its history. Back on the ship, enjoy a Festive Gala Dinner with your new friends.

Vienna
The ship reaches Vienna early in the morning. After breakfast on board, you'll say goodbye to the crew as your Danube river cruise ends. Head home with great memories and hope for another cruise down the road.
