Arrival in Helsinki
After you land, a transfer picks you up and takes you to your hotel in central Helsinki. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get acclimated.

Helsinki Sightseeing
Following breakfast at the hotel, you'll catch the hop-on-hop-off bus to see Helsinki's key spots. Senate Square's architectural layout is impressive, then there's the colorful market square right by the harbor, a 19th-century cathedral with its copper dome, the rock-carved church that's known for its acoustics, and the striking red-brick Orthodox cathedral sitting on Katajanokka Island.

Helsinki to Turku
After breakfast, you're on a 1.5-hour canal boat tour through Helsinki's archipelago and shorelines. The route passes Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, Korkeasaari Island where the zoo is located, and the Degerö Canal. By afternoon you'll board a train heading to Turku, about 3 hours on the rails.

Turku to Tampere
Starting with breakfast, you'll visit Turku Castle, which has sat overlooking the Aura River since the late 13th century. Later in the afternoon, a 2-hour train ride carries you to Tampere.

Tampere
