Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Your Ancient Egypt Tours representative meets you at the airport terminal with a sign and transfers you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. Check-in happens at 14:00, though if you arrive early you can wait at the hotel or arrange a pre-tour extra night for immediate access. The evening is open for optional activities if you want to get oriented.

- Day 2
Giza, Saqqara, Memphis
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll meet your personal guide for a full day covering ancient sites. Head to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and the Great Sphinx plus Valley Temple. From there, drive to Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser and other ancient structures. Next, go to Memphis, Egypt's ancient capital, where you can see the Alabaster Sphinx and the 16-meter Statue of Ramses II. Return to your hotel in the evening.

- Day 3
Cairo Museums and Historic Sites
Start with breakfast, then your guide takes you to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo to see the world's largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts spanning 5,000 years, including treasures from Tutankhamen. After lunch, head to Old Cairo's historic religious sites like the Hanging Church, Abu Sirga Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Amr Ibn El-aas Mosque. Continue to the Citadel of Salah El-din to visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, which offers views across Cairo. If time allows, stop at Khan El Khalili Bazaar before heading back to your hotel.

Departure from Cairo
Have breakfast at your hotel, then your Ancient Egypt Tours representative picks you up for transfer to the airport. Pickup timing follows 4 hours before international departures or 3 hours before domestic flights. If your flight leaves early, a breakfast box can be arranged for you to take along.
