Rio de Janeiro
You'll be picked up when you arrive and driven to your Rio hotel. Check-in starts at 14:00, so you'll have the afternoon and evening to walk around at your own pace and get a feel for the city.

- Day 2
Rio de Janeiro
This full-day tour kicks off at 08:00. A train takes you through Tijuca Forest up to Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado Mountain. After that, you'll pass Maracana Stadium and the Sambadrome, then visit the Cathedral of Saint Sebastian and check out the colorful Selaron Steps. Lunch is a traditional Brazilian churrascaria, and then cable cars take you up Sugarloaf Mountain with a stop at Urca Hill for great views of the city.

Rio de Janeiro
You have a free day to explore Rio on your own, or pick from three options. You could hike to Pedra Bonita for panoramic views, take samba lessons and see carnival floats behind the scenes, or do a 2-hour boat tour around Guanabara Bay.

Rio de Janeiro to Manaus to Amazon Ecolodge
After breakfast, you'll head to Rio airport for a flight to Manaus (not included, but we can help book it). Once there, a speedboat takes you to your Amazon ecolodge. Over the next two days, you'll do guided activities like learning traditional bow and arrow from indigenous groups, paddling through flooded forests to spot caiman, visiting caboclo communities, fishing for piranha, doing dawn hikes, and watching for pink river dolphins. The schedule adjusts based on what the lodge offers.

Manaus to Iguazu Falls
After breakfast and some downtime at the lodge, you'll transfer by speedboat to Manaus airport for your flight to Iguazu (not included, but bookable through us). From Iguazu airport, you're driven to the Brazilian side of the falls. A 1 km walk from Hotel das Cataratas shows you the 280 waterfalls here, each around 60 metres high. You'll reach viewpoints, feel the spray, and see the massive Devil's Throat waterfall.

- Day 8
Iguazu Falls (Argentina)
Today switches to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. You'll cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge (28 km away) to the Argentine National Park. At the visitor centre, a train takes you to Devil's Throat, then you hike the Upper Circuit (1,200 metres) and likely the Lower Circuit (1,750 metres) through the forest. You'll also see La Aripuca, a 17-metre structure built from 30 rescued native tree species. Later, there are optional Argentine dinner shows with folklore or dining experiences.
