Itinerary
- Day 1
Buenos Aires to Bariloche
You'll arrive in Bariloche and get picked up from the airport, then head out on the Circuito Chico route. This scenic loop takes you around Nahuel Huapi Lake with stops at San Eduardo Chapel and the iconic Llao Llao Hotel, which sits right on the water with views of the surrounding mountains. The drive gives you a real sense of the landscape around here. By evening you're back in Bariloche where you can grab dinner and settle in.

- Day 2
Bariloche
Today you're taking a boat trip across the lake to Victoria Island, where you'll walk through areas with sequoia trees and other species you don't see every day. After that, you head to Arrayanes Forest National Park on the Quetrihué Peninsula for a guided walk through the forest that takes about 45 minutes. The ancient trees and native vegetation make this pretty different from typical forest trails. Then it's back to Bariloche by boat and land.

- Day 3
Bariloche
You're driving south on Route 40 toward Tronador Volcano, passing by Gutiérrez and Mascardi lakes with a stop at Mirador de la Isla Corazón for views. Lunch happens at Pampa Linda, a valley surrounded by tall peaks. After eating, you visit Mirador del Ventisquero Negro to see old ice on the mountain tops, then reach the base of Cerro Tronador at 3,554 meters. There's free time for a short hike to a glacial stream before heading back to Bariloche.

Bariloche to Buenos Aires
You'll have a relaxed breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to the airport. The flight to Buenos Aires takes you out of Patagonia and into the capital. Once you land, a transfer takes you to your hotel in Buenos Aires where you can check in and explore the city.
