Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll arrive at Cairo International Airport where your tour manager meets you to handle visa entry. From there, a private air-conditioned car takes you through Cairo's busy streets to your hotel. You can choose accommodation overlooking the Great Pyramids or in the Khan El Khalili area. After checking in, your manager will go over all the activity pickup times for the week ahead.

- Day 2
Cairo
Following breakfast at your hotel, your guide heads to the Giza Plateau where you'll see the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and Valley Temple. Lunch happens at an authentic Egyptian restaurant, then you move on to the Grand Egyptian Museum about 2 kilometers away. Right now the museum offers access to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, shops, and outdoor gardens. Back at your hotel for the evening.

Cairo to Luxor
Early morning departure to Cairo International Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Once there, you'll transfer to your cruise ship, Salacia, where lunch is ready. The afternoon includes visits to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank. You return to the cruise for dinner as your Nile journey begins.

- Day 4
Luxor - West Bank
After breakfast on board, you explore the West Bank starting with the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs. Next comes the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut from the 15th century BCE at Deir El-Bahari, then the towering Colossi of Memnon. Lunch happens on board while sailing toward Edfu. The afternoon lets you relax with afternoon tea, a massage, or the Jacuzzi before dinner.

Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan
Breakfast on board as you arrive in Edfu. You'll visit the Temple of Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples from the Greco-Roman era, traveling by horse-drawn carriage through rural farmland with views of banana and date palm trees. After that, Kom Ombo and its unusual twin-entrance temple come next. Lunch is on the cruise while sailing toward Aswan, ending with dinner on the Nile.

You'll check out the massive Unfinished Obelisk still lying in the ancient stone quarries, then head to the Temple of Philae, which honors the goddesses Isis and Hathor. After that, back to your cruise for dinner while floating in the middle of the Nile.
