Itinerary
- Day 1
Aswan
You'll arrive in Aswan where your guide meets you for visa help and a trip briefing. An air-conditioned vehicle takes you to your hotel, and then you're heading to the Temple of Philae, which was built to honor Isis. After that, you'll see the Aswan Dam before boarding a traditional feluca boat for a scenic ride. The boat passes by Elephantine Island, Kitchener Island, and the Mausoleum of Agha Khan. Dinner happens on the water while you relax.

Edfu
The day starts with breakfast as your cruise sails toward Kom Ombo. Once there, you'll tour the temple dedicated to both Haroeris (the falcon god) and Sobek (the crocodile god), plus see an exhibit of mummified crocodiles. Later, a calesa takes you to Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus, which is one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. You'll return to the cruise for dinner and catch the sunset from Esna.

Luxor
After breakfast on board, you'll dock in Luxor, also called 'The City of a Hundred Gates' from ancient times when it was Thebes. You're visiting the Temples of Karnak and Luxor, which together form the largest religious complex from the ancient world. The scale really shows how important this place was. Back on the cruise for dinner, you can relax and watch the Nile. If you're interested, local cafes nearby serve Egyptian tea or tobacco.

Valley of the Kings
Starting with breakfast on board, you'll cross the Nile to reach the Necropolis of Thebes. The Valley of the Kings is where you'll explore burial sites of pharaohs and queens, including tombs of Ramses IV, Tutankhamun, and Set I. From there, you check out the Valley of the Artisans and then head to Medinet Habu, which is the funerary temple of Ramses III. You'll also see Queen Hatshepsut's funerary temple at Deir el-Bahari and pass the Colossi of Memnon. After that, you're transferred to Luxor airport.
