Itinerary
- Day 1
Bangkok
You'll land at Bangkok airport and get transferred to your hotel in the city center. After settling in, spend the rest of the day relaxing and recovering from your flight.



- Day 2
Bangkok
Start with breakfast, then head out to see Bangkok's major temples including the Grand Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, where the Emerald Buddha sits. From there, you'll check out Wat Pho to see its giant reclining Buddha and visit Wat Traimit for the golden Buddha. Later in the afternoon, take a long tail boat along the Chao Phraya River and canals to reach Wat Arun before heading back to your hotel.

- Day 3
Bangkok
Drive southwest to the Maeklong railway market to take photos and try local snacks. Continue on to Damnoen Saduak floating market and take a motorboat trip around it, then grab lunch whenever suits you. Stop by Patom Organic Village (only open weekends) to learn about traditional Thai organic farming before returning to Bangkok.

- Day 4
Bangkok to Luang Prabang
Transfer to the airport and fly to Luang Prabang. After you arrive and check in, visit the Royal Palace Museum and then head to Wat Mai temple to see its golden bas-relief. If you have time, walk through the city center streets. Late afternoon means climbing Mount Phousi for sunset views overlooking the city and Mekong River, then exploring the Night Market.

- Day 5
Luang Prabang
After breakfast, cruise upstream on the Mekong River through countryside to the Pak Ou Caves, which hold thousands of Buddha images. Stop at Ban Muang Keo village to see how traditional Lao rice whisky is made. Back in the city, visit Wat Sene and Wat Xiengthong. If time permits, walk through Ban Xangkhong Thai Lue village and Ban Xienglek to see traditional Saa paper being made.

- Day 6
Luang Prabang to Hanoi
Wake early to see the morning alms giving ritual where Buddhist monks collect offerings, a tradition dating back to the 14th century. Visit the temporary morning market where locals sell their daily catch. After breakfast at your hotel, go back to Wat Sene and Wat Xiengthong, then travel to Kuang Si waterfalls with its three tiers and blue pools. You can optionally visit the Bear Rescue Center, then head to the airport for your flight to Hanoi.

After breakfast, join a jeep tour to explore Hanoi's different neighborhoods and discover the real city. You'll learn about its history and culture from a unique perspective, then return to your hotel.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
Drive 3 hours from Hanoi to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its thousands of dramatic islands and caves. Board your cruise and have lunch while sailing. During the afternoon, you'll do activities like sightseeing, kayaking, swimming, and cave exploration depending on what your cruise offers. You'll spend the night aboard the cruise.

Halong Bay to Hoi An

Hoi An
The morning is yours to explore however you like. In the afternoon, discover Hoi An's ancient town, take a boat ride on the river, and release a flower lantern to send prayers for luck for yourself and your family before returning to your hotel.

Hoi An
After breakfast, visit a local family to learn how to make traditional Hoi An lanterns by hand. Then travel to Cam Thanh coconut village and take a basket boat ride through the coconut forest. You'll learn about how Vietnamese fishermen and their families live day to day and get to participate in various local activities.

Mekong Delta
After breakfast, drive to the Mekong Delta where boats, houses, and markets float on rivers and canals throughout the region. Board a boat and cruise a branch of the Mekong, stopping at local workplaces and a quiet village where you'll walk through coconut plantations to see authentic Delta life. Have lunch at a local rural restaurant, then return to Ho Chi Minh City.
