- MWMary· July 21st, 2025We were expecting to be picked up at our hotel for Verona tomorrow at 10am. We now have to be at the visitors information centre, 38 minutes walk from our hotel at 6.45. Breakfast, which does not commence until 7am, was included with our tour, we will have to now leave before 6am. I am hoping you will provide at least some compensation, or a pick up from our hotel as advertised. Regards Mary Wallace. This was the email I sent to the company who did the Verona tour. A boutique class hotel will be booked, not necessarily the Room Mate Giulia Hotel as it depends on availability, however, it will be the same hotel category. In order to give you a price I need to know for when you need the extra night? before the package starts or after?
