Itinerary
- Day 1
Ljubljana
You'll arrive in Ljubljana and check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to walk around and get a feel for the city. You can see the mix of old buildings alongside modern, eco-friendly design that Ljubljana's known for. There are plenty of restaurants to try when you're ready for dinner, so just wander and get a sense of the local atmosphere.

- Day 2
Lake Bled - Ljubljana
This morning starts with a guided tour through Ljubljana, hitting the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Town Hall, Mestni Trg, Triple Bridge, and walking along the Ljubljanica River. After that, you'll drive to Lake Bled for a traditional pletna boat ride out to the Church of Saint Mary on the island. Later you can explore Bled Castle at your own pace and try the local Bled krempita cream cake. By evening you're back in Ljubljana for dinner.

- Day 3
Postojna Cave - Goriska Hills - Portorož
After checking out, you'll head to Postojna Cave where you board an electric train that takes you through underground passages filled with stalactites, stalagmites, and waterfalls. Then it's on to the medieval village of Smartno in the wine region, where you'll do some tasting. You'll finish the day settling into Portoroze, a coastal town on the Adriatic.

- Day 4
Grozjan - Motovun - Porec
Start in the hilltop village of Grozjan, walking through cobblestone streets and checking out galleries and local workshops. A truffle-hunting demonstration in the forest comes next, followed by tasting truffle-infused cheese, sausages, and Istrian wine. You'll also explore Motovun, the medieval town that sits above the forest. The day ends in Porec.

- Day 5
Rovinj - Lim Bay - Pula - Porec
You'll spend time in Rovinj checking out the Venetian architecture, walking the cobblestone streets, and browsing galleries on Grisia Street. Later there's a stop at Lim Bay where you can taste fresh oysters and shellfish at a seaside spot. From there you head to Pula to see the Roman amphitheatre, Temple of Augustus, and the Triumphal Arch of Sergius. Back to Porec by evening.

- Day 6
Opatija - Plitvice Lakes National Park
After checkout, you'll stop in Opatija for coffee along the Lungomare promenade with sea views, then drive through countryside and charming villages. The main event is a 3-hour guided tour of Plitvice Lakes National Park, where you'll see the 16 interconnected cascading lakes, both the upper and lower sections. You'll have time to relax at a restaurant before checking into your hotel.

Trogir - Split
You'll travel to Trogir, a UNESCO site on a small island, and walk through medieval streets seeing Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque buildings. Stop at the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, Clock Tower, Loggia, and Kamerlengo Castle. Later you continue to Split and enter Diocletian's Palace through the Golden Gate, exploring the palace complex with the former Temple of Jupiter and Cathedral of Saint Domnius. The evening is free on the Riva promenade.

- Day 8
Hvar Island - Split
You'll board a high-speed catamaran to Hvar Island, known for car-free cobbled streets, restaurants, and bars. A walking tour takes you around the harbour, Renaissance Cathedral, Benedictine Convent, Franciscan monastery, and Church of Our Lady of Mercy. The afternoon is yours to do optional activities like boat trips to Pakleni Islands, beach time, hiking, or dining. You'll return to Split in the late afternoon.

Peljésac Peninsula - Dubrovnik
Today you drive along the Dalmatian coast seeing Croatian islands, vineyards, olive groves, and stone villages. After crossing the Peljesac Bridge, you'll stop at a local winery to taste Plavac Mali red wine and learn about the winemaking history. There's a brief stop in Ston for oysters and photos of the Ston Walls. You'll arrive in Dubrovnik, check in, and have the evening free.

Dubrovnik
Your guided tour of Dubrovnik covers the Stradun main street, Placa Square, Pile Gate, Rector's Palace, City Walls, and the city port. You'll also hear about Game of Thrones filming locations and the historic Republic of Ragusa. Free time lets you grab a meal on the city walls, take the cable car up Srdj Hill for views, walk the 2km City Walls, or do a sunset cruise on the Karaka replica galley.
