You'll start your Cambodia adventure by climbing into a tuk-tuk driven by women from the Lady Tuk-Tuk cooperative, heading straight to Spoons Restaurant for your first meal. The restaurant trains young people for careers in hospitality while serving up local specialties, so you're getting authentic food with purpose behind it.

- Day 2
Siem Reap
This morning you'll walk through a local market with a chef, getting to know the ingredients and flavors that define the region. Then you're off to Chreav village for a cooking class where you'll prepare local dishes from scratch. Later, you can pick your vibe: either a sunset bike ride through villages or a boat tour out to Kampong Khleang Floating Village, depending on what appeals to you.

- Day 3
Siem Reap
You'll get up early to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat alongside other travelers and a knowledgeable guide leading you through the experience. After that, you'll walk through Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm, seeing the ruins that tell Cambodia's history. The afternoon opens up for you to relax by the pool or rest after all that exploring.

- Day 4
Cardamom Mountains
A short flight takes you west, then you're boarding a small boat down the Prek Tachan river with birds flying overhead. You'll settle into your safari-style glamping tent at Cardamom Tented Camp, your base for jungle exploration. After a homemade Cambodian meal, you can wind down looking at the night sky from your tent.

- Day 5
Cardamom Mountains
Waking to bird calls and monkey sounds in your jungle tent, you'll kayak downriver to an old ranger station, then trek through forest on logging trails while crossing streams. Local guides explain what makes this place special as you move through it. After lunch back at camp, you've got free time to swim in the river or paddle tributaries hunting for birds.

Koh Chang
Today you're crossing the border into Thailand. A short ferry gets you to Koh Chang, an island shaped like an elephant (hence the nickname Elephant Island). You'll explore with your CEO and visit a waterfall, then head to the beach for a barbecue to celebrate your first evening in Thailand.

Koh Chang
You'll spend the full day paddling by kayak from island to island with professional guides steering you through. Between stops, you'll jump into the water to cool off. There's lunch at Koh Yuak with snorkeling in turquoise waters, and throughout the day you're spotting Thailand's marine life.

Bangkok
A ferry takes you off Koh Chang, then you fly back to Bangkok with a free afternoon to rest. By evening, you're boarding a private converted rice barge for a food tour starting with Pad Thai, then riding tuk-tuks through Bangkok's Chinatown sampling small bites before finishing with mango and sticky rice.

- Day 9
Bangkok
After breakfast you're cycling through Bangkok's Chinatown, then switching to a longboat up charming canals toward the city's quieter outskirts where you'll share a meal. The afternoon is yours to do as you like. Come evening, you're on a dinner cruise up the Chao Phraya River taking in temples, traditions, and the modern skyline while eating.

- Day 10
Kanchanaburi
You'll head north to Kanchanaburi and check out the Thai-Burma Railway Centre museum with its interactive exhibits about railway history. Then you're riding the Death Railway train over steep cliffs and stopping at the famous Bridge over the River Kwai. A longtail boat takes you to your floating accommodation for the next two nights.

Kanchanaburi
Hellfire Pass and its interpretive centre show you a significant moment in global history. You'll trek to Hintok Cutting to walk the trail itself and understand what workers went through. A flat-bottomed raft floats you back to your accommodation, and if you're feeling competitive, there's a chance to paddle upstream against a neighbor.

Chiang Rai
Flying north to Chiang Rai puts you in northern Thailand's unique culture. Your CEO and a local expert guide take you on a street food walking tour introducing the region's famous dishes, and you'll try Sai Ou (Laotian sausage), Nam Prik (chili sauce), and over ten types of food and drink throughout the evening.

Chiang Rai
You get to choose your adventure in Chiang Rai. Either cycle through rice, cassava, and pineapple fields to Chiangsaen and the Golden Triangle visiting an Opium Museum, or take a Tea Journey to plantations transformed from the opium trade, learning about tea blending and having an outdoor picnic lunch with an expert guide.

Pak Beng
You're boarding a private chartered slow boat in Laos to cruise the Mekong River at a relaxed pace. Most of the day you're soaking in life along the water, taking photos from your unique spot. Lunch is served aboard, then you disembark in the late afternoon heading to your hotel in Pak Beng.

Nong Khiaw
A final morning on the slow boat gives you chances to photo the famous Pak Ou caves and have a last meal aboard. The boat continues into Laos taking you to Nong Khiaw, an area not yet crowded with international tourists. You can hike to Som Nang viewpoint for a sunset after 30 minutes on foot, or just relax in this less-explored region.

- Day 16
Nong Khiaw
Nayangtai Village welcomes you this morning with a chance to participate in the Baci Sou Kwan ceremony, a spiritual tradition of the Tai Lue community. You'll learn pottery making and bamboo weaving from local artisans. In the afternoon, a traditional boat takes you upstream to Ban Sopkhong village where you trek to a waterfall, swim, then return downstream.

Nam Kat
Early risers can hike to Pha Daeng peak for sunrise with incredible views over Nong Khiaw (this hike has some tough sections). If you'd rather sleep in, just catch up with breakfast later. You'll then travel north to Nam Kat Yorla Pa, a protected forestry area along the Nam Kat river, stopping at Muang Xai market for local items.

Luang Prabang
Rise early near your hotel to witness and join in the alms-giving practice, a spiritual morning. Your CEO guides you through the Luang Prabang market as it opens, pointing out unusual items. After breakfast, spend the day as you choose exploring this UNESCO area or letting your CEO take you to Kuang Si waterfall and Ban Ou. Your final evening brings a traditional community dinner with a Baci ceremony, helping prepare lemongrass stuffed with pork and dining with local hosts.
