Itinerary
- Day 1
Zurich
You'll arrive in Zurich and use your Swiss Pass to get to your hotel. Once you're settled in, spend the afternoon on a self-guided walk through the city following a Google Maps route. This takes you past the Town Hall, Cathedral, Opera House, and the older streets with their historic character. You'll stay overnight in Zurich.

- Day 2
Rhine Falls to Interlaken
Head out to Rhine Falls, one of Europe's largest waterfalls, and check it out from the viewing platforms. There's an optional boat tour for CHF 15 per person if you want to get closer to the falls. Your Swiss Pass covers the train ride from Zurich. After that, take the train to Interlaken using your pass and check into your hotel there.

- Day 3
Interlaken Region
This morning you'll explore Murren and Wengen, two car-free villages on opposite sides of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. If the weather's clear, you'll see the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau peaks from Murren. Wengen has more restaurants and services if you need lunch. Hiking trails are available throughout the area, and you can visit Trummelbach Falls, where glacier water flows through tunnels inside the mountain accessible by tunnel-funicular. Your all-day pass covers regional trains, though mountain trains and cable cars need separate tickets.

Interlaken
You have two options today. Option 1 takes you on the GoldenPass Panoramic Express Train through Gstaad, Château-d'Oex, Montbovon, and Montreux, with stops in Gruyeres and Broc Fabrique. Option 2 involves traveling to Jungfraujoch, Europe's highest railway station, riding through tunnels in the Eiger and Mönch mountains. At Jungfraujoch you'll find The Sphinx weather station, restaurants, shops, viewing terraces, and an ice palace carved by hand. You'll stay overnight in Interlaken.

Lucerne
Take the train from Interlaken to Lucerne using your Swiss Pass, then check in at your hotel. Later in the day, you'll head up Mt. Rigi using your included train and cable car pass. The views show typical Swiss scenery with green meadows, forests, and cows grazing. As evening comes on, take a boat ride across Lake Lucerne. You'll pass small villages with traditional buildings and see dramatic mountains in the distance. Stay overnight in Lucerne.

- Day 6
Mt. Titlis and Stanserhorn to Zurich
From Lucerne, take the train to Engelberg using your Swiss Pass, then go up Mt. Titlis by gondola and cable car (both included). The high alpine scenery features rocky terrain and snow. You'll ride the 'Ice Flyer' chairlift to cross over the glacier. Next, explore Stanserhorn using the CabriO cable car and funicular railway, which dates back to 1893. The CabriO is the world's first open double-decker cable car with 360-degree views over about 6 minutes. You'll see alpine landscapes, 10 Swiss lakes, traditional restaurants, and alpine plants and wildlife. Transfer back to Zurich by train and check in at your hotel.

Departure from Zurich
Departure day. Head to Zurich Airport using the airport shuttle from your hotel if available (costs 6-8 Swiss Francs per person, paid directly at the hotel). If you're staying in the city center, arrange your own transport to the airport.
