The driver who was supposed to pick us up at the airport left without and the company refused to reimburse us for the taxi. The hotel in Vienna was worse than a youth hostel forcing us to move to the Hilton, thank God for my points. The tours arranged were very good and other than the two issues raised everything else was great.Show more

The drop off drivers should tell the people what level of the train station to go to and to find the RIGIOJET lounge. Some of the people we were touring with almost got lost. To answer your question regarding the cancelation policy, 20% of the deposit is 100% non refundable. If you cancel up until 60 days before your departure, on the 20% is forfeited. However, if you cancel 59-0 days before your departure than 100% of the tour cost would be forfeited. For any tours departing before March 22nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 22nd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Wingbuddy. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
