Loved my China trip with Tom as tour guide. He can be very eccentric but he's a good guide who knows his way in China (local guide). With him and my group the days I spent in China were really enjoyable and fun! If you have any questions he knows the answers, especially if you got a special diet (vegetarian, vegan, no gluten) he can help communicate to the people there. After the tour I could travel China by myself (Chongqing, Shanghai) without any troubles and I enjoyed the cities and the country too! Be sure to have Alipay activated and a working VPN for China as most apps are blocked like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok too. If you want to know more about China I recommend RedNotes to get in touch with locals and learn more about the culture 🇨🇳❤️

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 3rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 3rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
