Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be to Can Tho
Hotel pickup happens at 7:30 AM for the drive to Cai Be. You'll get on a boat to explore the Tien River, passing through lush orchards and small villages along the way. There's a stop at a family-run coconut fudge and rice popcorn factory where you can try fresh fruit and listen to folk music. After paddling through scenic canals, you'll prepare Vietnamese lunch together in a local garden, then cycle through orchards and visit Ba Kiet's ancient house. The boat takes you back to Cai Be, and then you head to Can Tho for the night.

- Day 2
Can Tho to Chau Doc
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll take a leisurely boat ride through Hau river tributaries and reach the lively Cai Rang Floating Market. Walking through a local noodle factory comes next, followed by a visit to Munir Ansay Pagoda, which is a well-known Khmer temple. The Con Son fruit plantation tour lets you sample seasonal fruits before lunch. From there, you travel to Chau Doc and explore Tra Su Forest by rowing boat to see its diverse plants and wildlife. You'll also check out Ba Chua Xu Temple before settling in at your hotel and having dinner at a local restaurant.

Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh City
You'll check out and have breakfast, then visit the floating village and Cham Village to learn about Cham culture and traditions. Chau Doc Market is next, with its colorful fresh produce and local goods. Climbing Sam Mountain takes you to Hang Temple, a cave sanctuary with Buddhist sculptures inside. After visiting Ba Chua Xu Temple, you head to Long Xuyen City for lunch before driving back to Ho Chi Minh City to finish the tour.
