Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Maasai Mara
You'll get picked up from the airport and head to the office for a morning briefing about what's ahead. After that, you're off to Maasai Mara National Reserve, stopping at the Great Rift Valley escarpment to grab some photos along the way. Once you check into your lodge or camp after lunch, you'll have time to settle in before heading out for an evening game drive. You'll be out until around 6 PM so you can catch the African sunset, then return for dinner.

Maasai Mara
Start before sunrise for a full day of game driving beginning at 6 AM to see the sun come up over the savannah. The Maasai Mara has a high concentration of wildlife, and if you're visiting between July and October, you might see the wildebeest migration. You could encounter the Big Five and over 500 different wildlife species throughout the day. Early morning hours are when you'll have the best chance of seeing predators like lions, leopards and cheetahs. You'll head back to your camp or lodge once the day winds down.

Maasai Mara to Nairobi
You'll visit a Maasai village where you can interact with the Maasai people and learn how they live and what their culture is all about. From there, you'll do a walking safari through the landscape. After that, you'll depart for Nairobi, arriving in the evening for drop-off at the airport or your hotel.
