You'll land in Nairobi and get a quick briefing about the safari ahead. Depending on when you arrive, you can take a short city tour, grab dinner at one of the local restaurants, or just head to your hotel and rest up before things get going.

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast you're heading to Amboseli National Park. Once you check in and have lunch, your guide will meet you in the afternoon for your first game drive where you'll see elephants roaming freely and Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance if the weather's clear.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli to Aberdares
Breakfast comes early before you leave for the Aberdares with packed lunch boxes. You'll check in at Aberdares Country Club, which connects to the Ark tree lodge where animals come down to the waterhole below so you can watch them right from your veranda.

Aberdares to Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast you're driving through the lush Kikuyu farmlands heading into the cool highland area, stopping at the equator for photos and sightseeing. If it's a clear day you might spot Mount Kenya. You'll reach Samburu Sopa Lodge in time for lunch, and then your first afternoon game drive starts where you'll see animals like Beisa Oryx, Reticulated Giraffes, Somali Ostriches, and Grevy's Zebras.

Samburu to Lake Nakuru

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
