Choosing UME Travel for this trip was absolutely amazing! Phoebe is such an incredible trip planner—she carefully customized our multi-country itinerary, and every local guide we had was enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented. They explained everything clearly, so we always knew exactly what to expect each day, and they were super patient answering all our questions. Throughout the entire journey, I felt completely taken care of and stress-free, which made the whole trip so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book another trip like this!

Our 19-day family trip through Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Bali was unforgettable! Everything was so well organized—private guides and drivers made traveling stress-free, and each destination had its own magic. From cruising Halong Bay and exploring Bangkok’s temples to soaking up Singapore’s skyline and relaxing in Bali, every day felt special. Hotels were comfy and in great locations too.
