- Day 1
Seoul
You'll arrive in Seoul and settle into your accommodation at your own pace, taking time to get a feel for this capital filled with skyscrapers and tech innovation. At 4 pm, there's a welcome meeting where your tour leader will check over the bikes and go through cycling rules specific to Korea. After that, you'll head out to see some of the main sights around the city. Later in the evening, sit down for a traditional Korean hot pot dinner with noodle soup to kick things off.

- Day 2
Seoul
Early this morning, you'll take a car trip to the Demilitarised Zone to see North Korea and visit the Freedom Bridge. After lunch as a group, you'll head back to Seoul for a free afternoon to do whatever you like. In the early evening, you'll bike along the river trails and watch the Seoul skyline as the sun sets over the water.

Seoul to Cheongpyeong
You'll leave Seoul early by train or bus, grabbing snacks and drinks to fuel up. Then you're cycling the famous Four Rivers Bike Path next to the North Bukhan River. The route takes you through quiet, leafy roads leading to the riverside town of Cheongpyeong. From there, you'll transfer north to Gapyeong Glamping Park where you can relax by the pool and visit Nami Island, known for K-dramas. The day ends with a barbeque dinner shared with your group and locals.

Gapyeong to Gangneung
After breakfast, you'll transfer from Gapyeong and bike through hilly, wooded countryside with lush pine forests, passing rivers and lakes. You'll reach Gangneung, a seaside city, by midday. Lunch happens upon arrival, then the afternoon and evening are yours to explore. You might visit Heo Gyun & Heo Nanseolheon Memorial Park, grab coffee at Anmok Beach, relax on Jeongdongjin Beach, or take a city tour. For dinner, try traditional Soondubu (soft tofu stew) or explore other local options.

Gangneung to Sokcho
Today you'll ride north along the rugged coastline on a route often called Korea's most scenic road. You'll pass golden sand beaches, small coastal villages, isolated coastal pagodas, and K-drama film locations before reaching Sokcho. At Abai Village, a Korean Refugee camp, you'll meet a North Korean refugee and hear their story. The rest of the afternoon is free, so you could hike, take a cable car into Seoraksan National Park, visit temples, stroll beaches, or browse Sokcho Market.

Sokcho to Gyeongju
After breakfast, you'll skip the hills and drive to Pohang, a coastal town. After lunch, you'll bike about 33 kms alongside the Hyeongsan River to Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the Silla Dynasty. On the second ride section (around 26 kms), you'll pass cultural sites like the Daereungwon Royal Tombs. Later, explore Hwangnidan-gil Street with traditional hanoks, check out the Ancient Tomb Complex, or try local BBQ lamb skewers for dinner. There's also an optional evening cycling tour including Cheomseongdae (Asia's oldest surviving astronomical observatory) and Anapji Pond.

- Day 7
Gyeongju to Busan
You'll take a bus to Busan, South Korea's second-largest city. Cycling today happens in two parts to see everything while avoiding heavy traffic. First, you'll use local transport to reach Dadaepo Beach and bike the last stretch of South Korea's longest river. Then take the subway to Minam Station and cruise to the golden sands of Haeundae Beach. The rest of the day is free, so you can swim in the shallow South Sea waters, relax on the beach, walk the Gowooni Ecological Trail, see the world's largest sunset fountain, or take a nighttime boat cruise.

Busan to Seoul
You'll say goodbye to Busan and hop on a KTX fast train heading back to Seoul, grabbing a window seat to watch the landscape zoom by. When you arrive, the afternoon is free to enjoy the city however you'd like. Consider taking a taekwondo class to learn martial arts, visiting Hallyu K-star Road in Gangnam for K-pop culture, or just wandering around. In the evening, you'll reunite with your fellow cyclists for a final group dinner to celebrate the whole trip.
