    Our self guided tour varied from Grand Angle’s standard tour due to several nights where accommodation was in alternate towns. As a result, the standard itinerary of distance, elevation gain and loss did not apply to our actual route. For example, the night in Borg St Maurice. Still not sure why the Courmayeur to Val Ferret stage was omitted….unavailability of accommodation? Stunning scenery. Decent accommodation given the overnight stops. No problem with luggage delivery. A memorable hike.

    I'm just wondering if you would have a guided Loire Valley tour starting around 1 October 2025 (inquiring from Australia for my husband and son (12) neither of whom speak French!)

      Unfortunately, we have only three departure dates available for the guided trip: June 8 – 15, 2025, July 20 – 27, 2025, September 14 – 21, 2025. We are also organizing an 8-day self-guided cycling tour in the Loire Valley. This tour does not include a human guide. Instead, you will receive a digital travel packet containing: A list of your accommodations, Travel vouchers, Detailed information to ensure your trip is a success (all documents are in English), Access to our phone travel app for bike ride navigation and local maps (available in English). Please note, there will be no welcome meeting at the arrival hotel or bike rental orientation session on this tour.

For tours departing after December 27th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Grand Angle . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Grand Angle will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Grand Angle " tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
