About Grand Angle

Grand Angle is an adventure tour operator specialized in itineraries on foot, by bike and snow, with guided and self-guided trips, anywhere in France, Europe and beyond. In 1983, Grand Angle was born, with the sole goal of allowing Jean Claude Praire and Anne-Marie Billault, the founders, to live their passions (mountains, travel, nature and outdoor activities) professionally, while remaining based in their beloved Vercors. The history, activities and operating destinations of Grand Angle have always been inspired by these passions and a lifetime of travel experiences and knowledge from the founders. Now with the company passed on to their sons, David, and Thomas Praire the vision lives on. Respect for the natural, human and economic environment has always been the philosophy of Grand Angle. Our commitment to responsible tourism is shown with our Europarc label from the Federation of European Protected Areas and ATR (Acting for Responsible Tourism) label, which is audited by the Ecocert Environment group. Our team is always professional, excited and ready to help our guests turn vacation dreams into reality. We are driven and humbled by the act of helping people from all over the globe realize and follow their own passion for nature, outdoor recreation and travel. Together we are better!
