- Day 1
Brussels
You'll arrive in Brussels and meet your Tour Director who stays with you through the 3-night stay. The city's known for its chocolate culture, artistic heritage, and great architecture. Get settled in and start getting a feel for Belgium's capital.


- Day 2
Brussels
Take a guided city tour without paying museum entrance fees. You'll see the Grand Place UNESCO World Heritage Site, check out the quirky Manneken Pis statue, walk through the Royal Palace and St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral, then head to the futuristic Atomium. Your guide takes you through cobbled streets to find hidden spots around the city.

Brussels

Brussels to Amsterdam
After breakfast, travel by coach to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. When you arrive, board your Emerald Cruises Star-Ship and settle in. Your river cruise adventure begins this afternoon.

Amsterdam
Choose between visiting Zaanse Schans to see historic windmills and wooden houses with artisan workshops, or take a guided bike tour through Waterland with tulip fields. This afternoon while on board, watch a local clog painter demonstrate the craft and try it yourself as part of the EmeraldPLUS programme.

Antwerp
Arrive in Antwerp, Belgium's largest port on the River Scheldt and home to Baroque artist Pieter Paul Rubens. Take a guided walking tour through the city centre with its cafe-lined cobbled lanes, Renaissance city hall, and Hat Steen, a medieval fortress from the early Middle Ages. Afterward, spend free time exploring on your own.

Nijmegen
You're in Nijmegen, the Roman settlement of Noviomagus and the oldest town in the Netherlands. Keukenhof Gardens
