- Jim· October 14th, 2023Overall our trip was very good. The logistics, at times, were not well handled. Our airport pick up in Tel Aviv was not there and we had to wait for him. The process of crossing the border between Israel and Egypt was very confusing and the guide did not give good assistance. Neither of these guides spoke English very well making it all the more difficult. Our tour guide in Israel was very knowledgeable but often said things to us regarding our not having a son and marrying off our daughters to a Jewish man that were offensive and degrading. Our group was mixed English and Spanish. He did not know that one of us spoke Spanish and he often gave important information in Spanish but did not give it to us in English - such as a change in time of pickup one morning. I would give him a poor rating at best. Our guides in Egypt, Mr. Cesar and Wael, were fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every minute of the trip to the fullest.
