You can leave the bags in istanbul hotel they have a luggage room and when you return back you can get them from same hotel. Extra luggage is available to purchase: if you want to buy 5 kg extra its 30 us dollars for each flight and 120 us dollars total for 4 flights per person. If you want to buy 10 kg extra its 50 us dollars for each flight and 200 us dollars total for 4 flights per person.

None of the entrance fees are included, they are all extra. Yes museum pass is an option instead of paying entrance fees separately but please note Hagia sophia mosque, and house of virgin mary is not covered in museum pass Turkey (25+12 euros). Museum pass turkey cannot add to the package it can be purchase at the entrance of museums in first day by credit card.
