Local operator Ephesus management was really nice and systematic. All local guides are very good and cooperative. Problem was the time spend in each cities. Specially we got a very less time in Antalya. Lots of time consume in Antalya. Antalya and Cappadocia hotels are not upto the mark. - AMAdrian· July 15th, 2025We were very happy with our tour, itinerary, accommodation and guides at each location. The airport transfers for domestic flights were also coordinated well. There were times that we spent long hours at the airport but I guess this is to be expected due to a limited amount of direct flights. The guides we had at each destination were excellent. They spoke English very well, were accommodating and most importantly, very knowledgeable especially with the history. If there was anything on the negative side, it was our accommodation at the cave hotel in Cappadocia. There was no hot water and we were dropped off at the bottom of the hill. We had to carry our luggage on the paved area up the hill and down. The places we visited were the most important ones to see in Turkey. Hotel accommodation was very good and located near city centres or places of interest. - AEAmina· June 21st, 2025The tour was amazing and allowed me to explore a number of Turkey highlights in a short time. It was well organized and convenient. I don't like long drives so a flying tour was perfect for me. The tour guides in Istanbul and Pamukkale were great. The guide in Cappadocia was good as well. While the tour is advertised is having 4 star hotels, it definitely doesn't. That was disappointing. The hotels are clearly 3 stars based on appearance, room size and amenities. This can be confirmed through a google search. The Antalya hotel was particularly poor and had a very low cleanliness standard. The tour started on a high with Istanbul and Pamukkale, but turned sour in Antalya. The waterfalls in Antalya were really nice, but based on the overall experience I would skip Antalya on this tour. The highlight of the tour for me was the hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia, which I booked separately at a much lower price. All of our trips are land-only, which means international flights are not included. This particular trip starts and ends in Istanbul, so you would need to arrange your own flights to and from Turkey.

Pamukkale tour focuses on Hierapolis ancient city and thermal pools. Cleopatra's Pool is a small part of the itinerary. Museum staff plan to reopen by end of August. If arriving early, you can check into hotel and join group on Day 2. No compensation will be offered as Cleopatra's Pool is not the main tour target.
