Luang Prabang
You'll arrive at Luang Prabang airport and head to your hotel to check in. The rest of the day is yours to explore this ancient city at your own pace and get oriented with the local surroundings.

- Day 2
Luang Prabang
After breakfast, you'll visit the Royal Palace Museum before taking a cruise upstream on the Mekong River to Pak Ou Caves with its thousands of Buddha statues. Along the way you'll stop at Ban Xanghai to try local rice wine, see Wat Sene and Wat Xiengthong temples, walk through Ban Xangkhong and Ban Xienglek villages, watch the sunset from Wat Prabath, and finish at the Night Market.

Luang Prabang to Vientiane
Rise early to participate in the morning alms-giving ceremony with Buddhist monks, then check out the temporary morning market before breakfast. From there you'll climb the 329 steps up Phousi Hill for views across the city, then head to Kuang Si waterfall to see its three tiers and blue pools. You'll have the option to visit Ban Thapene village and the Bear Rescue Center. Before catching your evening train to Vientiane, you'll stop at Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center, then transfer to your hotel upon arrival.

- Day 4
Vientiane
Start the day at Wat Si Muang temple, then drive 45 minutes to Buddha Park where over 200 Buddhist and Hindu statues fill the grounds. After returning to the city, you'll see COPE, which supports landmine victims. The afternoon takes you to That Luang temple, up Patuxay monument, and along Lane Xang Avenue to visit Wat Sisaket and Wat Phra Keo. You'll end by relaxing along the Mekong River as the sun sets.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast you'll drive 3 hours to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll board your cruise ship and have lunch while sailing into the bay. The afternoon offers kayaking, swimming, cave exploration, and sightseeing depending on your cruise schedule. You'll spend the night aboard the ship.

This day is completely free. Wander through Hoi An at your own speed, checking out whatever interests you, and settle in for another night at your hotel.

You'll have breakfast and then free time until your transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once you land, you'll head to your hotel to settle in for the night.

- Day 11
Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, you'll drive about 1.5 hours to Cu Chi tunnels, an underground network where Viet Cong soldiers lived during the Vietnam War. You'll explore secret entrances, see various traps and bomb craters, and have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you'll return to Ho Chi Minh City to visit the War Remnants Museum and see French colonial landmarks including Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office.

Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho
After breakfast you'll drive to the Mekong Delta and board a boat to cruise along one of the river branches. You'll stop at local workplaces and a quiet village surrounded by coconut plantations, then have lunch at a rural restaurant. By afternoon you'll continue on to Can Tho for your overnight stay.

Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap
After breakfast you'll fly to Siem Reap where your guide and driver will meet you for the transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon you'll take a boat on Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake, and visit a fishermen's floating village with its floating schools and police station before returning to your hotel.

Siem Reap
You'll start at Angkor Wat and see its intricate bas-reliefs showing Hindu mythology. Then you'll head to Angkor Thom, the 12th century ancient capital, exploring the South Gate, Bayon Temple with 54 towers and countless smiling faces, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and Terrace of the Leper King. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll visit Ta Prohm temple with its fig and silk-cotton trees wrapped around the structures. You'll have dinner at another local spot before heading back to your hotel.

- Day 16
Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
You'll leave your hotel at 7 AM for a 5-hour drive covering 312 kilometers to Phnom Penh. Along the way you'll make a short stop at Kompong Kdei Bridge built around 1000 years ago, and pause in Skun for local specialty snacks. Upon reaching Phnom Penh you'll have lunch, rest a bit, then tour the Royal Palace complex from 1866, the nearby Silver Pagoda with its emerald Buddha and gold statues, and Tuol Sleng Prison which now serves as a genocide museum. After dinner at a local restaurant you'll spend the night in Phnom Penh.
