He was in constant communication which was so reassuring. He called me before the trip to go over details and finalize itinerary based on my preferences. Throughout the trip he would send reminders on when to wake up, times to meet guides, and even check in for my flights. The hotels were all decent. Some more impressive then others but was comfortable with all of them. I enjoyed all the guides and activities I participated in.
