Name tags would have been so very helpful in getting to know fellow passengers and to recall names. Only complaints: There were some problems with temperature controls on the buses, and one night the circuit breaker for our cabin was tripped leaving us with nothing working. We pushed the emergency button but no one came. It turned out the phone in the cabin was not working. The crew member who saw the emergency light called our cabin but ignored it when he got no answer on the phone.Show more

The river is gorgeous and we loved stopping at the wineries and trying wine along our trip. The crew was exceptional and did a great job throughout the week to make sure we were having a great time. The piano player/singer was the best. So fun. Food was amazing and always fresh and local.
