Train from Barcelona to Madrid is included in the tour. Arrival and departure transfers are included, also the transfers to and from the train stations. We can offer you the transfer even if you arrive earlier at the airport or depart later but if you are staying in a different hotel you have to go on your own to the hotel of the tour. Complimentary transfers can be arranged at any time.

We are planning to arrive in Barcelona on Norwegian Cruise Lines Norwegian Epic ship, can we get early exit off the ship and head straight to the hotel to drop luggage and join up with the tour group for the activities on the 17th?

If you can arrive to the hotel before the bus come to pick you up, there is no problem to take the sightseeing tour with the group. If you are late, then you would need to speak to the tour guide that will inform you if it's possible to pick you up at another point, but it would be more difficult.

Pick up time for the sightseeing tour would be 08:45h at Catalonia Barcelona 505 and 09:00h at Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, but this can be changed for operational reasons.
