You'll arrive at your hotel where the Holiday Director will be waiting to greet you. After checking in and getting settled, you'll have time to meet the other travelers on the trip. Dinner happens later in the evening, giving you a chance to relax after your journey.

Landmarks Grossglockner - Day 2
Salzburg to Königsee
The coach takes you to Salzburg for a guided tour through this well-preserved Baroque city. In the afternoon, you'll cross into Germany and head to Königsee, the country's deepest lake in Berchtesgaden National Park. A scenic boat ride lets you take in the alpine surroundings from the water before heading back.

Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße to Lienz
You board the coach to drive the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, a winding mountain route that cuts through alpine landscapes. Once you reach the summit, there are panoramic views before you head down the other side to the medieval town of Lienz, where you'll have free time to walk around. You'll return to the hotel for dinner.

Resort or Wildkogel & Celtic Village
This day gives you choices. You can relax at the resort or join the optional excursion. If you choose the excursion, you'll take the coach to Wildkogel and ride a cable car up with a local guide. After a short panoramic tour and free time at the top, you descend by gondola. The Celtic Village open air museum follows with a guided tour before returning to the hotel.

Salzburg Lake District to Hallstatt
You'll drive through the Salzburg lake district with stops at Mondsee and other spots along the way. The main stop is Hallstatt, a lakeside village where a local guide explains the history of this UNESCO Heritage Site. After time to walk around, you head back to the hotel for dinner.

Local Area or Zell am See & Kaprun
You can either explore the walking trails near the hotel on your own, or join an optional excursion to Zell am See and Kaprun. Those on the excursion walk through the Gorge of Kaprun with a local guide, then board a boat for a panoramic tour of Zell am See lake. Free time in town follows before returning to the hotel.

Landmarks Gorge of Kaprun Zell am See - Day 7
Kitzbühel to Krimml Waterfalls
You'll head to Kitzbühel, famous for its demanding Hahnenkamm ski race. A cable car takes you up to the summit for views of the Alps from above. Later you continue to Maria Alm for free time to explore and grab lunch or coffee. Before returning to the hotel for your final dinner, you stop at Krimml Waterfalls, Austria's highest.
