This is the first time I join this kind of "chang group member" every two or three days. And the tour "expert" did not introduction good enough. All the way full of "uncertainty", I totally dislike it at all.

It was great except my husband and I were very disappointed on the first day of our tour. We are expecting to get a transfer pick up from our hotel to the first hotel where we are staying on the first day of our tour. We have been waiting all afternoon in hotel lobby where we stayed. Then later around after 4PM on that day Sept. 14 I received an email from the tour agent statin due to shortage of transportation they are unable to provide us a transportation. So, I message back I said how are we going to get to the hotel if you did not indicate which hotel we are going. Few days prior to the start of the tour I kept in touch with the operator and asking which hotel we are going to stay ., I kept getting message that they are unsure which hotel we are going to stay .I was very very stress already since it is 5:PM of Sept 14, we still do not have any clue where are going ,Cannot even take a taxi since we do not know where we go. My husband threatened to cancel everything . I message again and said look we are stranger in this place how would you feel to be ignored and leave here waiting for hours not knowing where to go ? My phone is running out of data. There's a nice staff in the lobby to lend me use of their wifi otherwise there's no other way to be able to communicate with your agent. Then finally around 6 Pm I have received a message provided the location of the hotel where we would stay that night.I expressed my disappointment and frustration towards this experienced. Other than that, the entire trip was okay.
