Had 4 different guides throughout trip hard to keep track of who you had to follow. Well organised travel arrangements, although some days had late finishes followed by early starts; but that is to be expected, when covering so much grouns, so quickly. Competent English-speaking guides translated for the minority of English speakers on the trip. There were a few small changes to the itinerary en-route, again as to be expected, as the tight schedule still needed to be flexibilty to adjust to delays, or the weather. - SJScott· May 7th, 2025The itinerary was excellent, we saw a lot that would have been missed flying from city to city. The hotels and included breakfast were overall great. Buses were clean and well maintained. There was a lot of driving but they usually stopped in interesting places and allowed you to roam for an hour which we enjoyed. Included activities such as fiord ride and tram were excellent choices. This tour provided exactly what we wanted, a view of 4 countries in Scandinavia, good hotels, transportation, and a basic guide. It also allowed time to explore on own which we love. Negatives? It was mainly Spanish speaking and we speak English, they did repeat most in English, definitely all important things. People add and drop off tour at various places, we were joined by many In Stockholm and changed our English speaking guide. From there the bus was full and the people in front of us rudely put back there seats and slept in our lap. On the first leg they specifically noted not to lean back if someone was behind you, oh well! We did add on a night at the beginning and they picked us up at the airport👍. In Helsinki we added 3 more nights on our own at a property closer to the city. A moderate degree of health and physical capacity is required to participate in our tours. For this tour you do not have much walking, however, you have to be conscious that our tours are tired. Yes, this tour starts at 7:30 every day, except the first and last day. In case you prefer to go ahead with the cancellation the following regular Terms and Conditions will apply: Penalty 1: 31 days or more: Euro 100, From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10 % of booking cost, From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25 % of booking cost, No show: 100 % of booking cost.
