  The 1st and 10th day of the tour had no activities planned or meet up with the guide and the tour was advertised as a 10 day tour. Also, the Europundo guides did not accompany the group to most of the attractions and at times did not seem too knowledgeable. The local guides were quite good. Accomodation was good. The 2nd bus used to go from Stockholm to Helsinki had no charging ports.

  My aunt and I did the 10 day trip that went to Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. It was a trip of a lifetime and Europamundo provided an excellent service. We had such amazing and beautiful experiences. From seeing the waterfall of youth to the opera house in Oslo. We visited so many different cities and got a taste of each country. We did spend a lot time traveling by bus in between cities, but it was a beautiful experience to see the landscapes of each country, especially in Norway. I want to give a special thanks to all the guides. Javier Miró, Jose Antonio, Olga Ivanova, and Carolina Fowler were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained very well the history and fun facts of each country and city. They were so kind and incredibly helpful for any issue that arose. The drivers were wonderful, and kept us safe on the road. The hotels were very good with clean and organized rooms, and each of the hotel's breakfast spreads were delicious.

  One day too little for Oslo, one day too much for Stockholm. I seems that the Europamundo business model of "hop on, hop off" in major cities for reforming groups suits the business schedule and not the client needs. The hotels and meals were OK. Tour guide services was OK. I am more impressed with other tour companies service such as providing maps for visiting city highlights and city transportation details (ie where to buy tickets). I prefer Expat Explore and Exotica tours for the price. I only choose Europamundo for the specific itinerary.

  We were so excited to tour the Nordic countries. The bus included two groups, one English speaking and one Chinese speaking. Our tour guide was from Cuba and spoke broken English and there was a Chinese interpreter. It seemed as if the guide was reading from a script the whole trip. the bus driver was nasty and rude as was the interpreter towards the passengers not in his group. Our time at most stops consisted of a bathroom break, along with several other buses, and trying to find food for lunch or dinner. If the stop did have something notable, our time was brief, one stop would not even allow bus tours to enter the site. We could only look from the outside. When we would arrive at our destination in the evening, the recommendations for dinner would be the local grocery store or the hotel restaurant if it was still open. About day 7 our tour guide was switched out to another ESL guide. Our nine day tour was cut to eight days. The event scheduled for the last morning was tacked onto the afternoon of the prior day. The reasoning was that some of the group members had early flights out on the 9th day. We had booked an additional night to include this day. That meant incurring additional costs for the hotel and transfers when we could have flown out that day. There was no advance notification of this to us, but the new guide indicated that she was fully aware of it before our tour began. Two of the activities included local, native guides, making the experience much more enjoyable. We will never tour with Europamundo again!

  This was a fast moving tour with changes in people on the tour at each country. We realize that is why the price was more affordable.

  Very well organized, traveller's were very comfortable, the hotels were of standard, guides were very friendly and their comments were very helpful in understanding the various sites visited.
