Didn't realise that each designated tour guide is only for specific language only even in the same tour bus. Exp english speaking tour guide is only responsible for English speaking group. The Chinese language speaking tour guide is not responsible for Chinese group. Should have make it clear from the beginning of the tour and do not have to be so rude about a question being ask. The first day you will have not activities, It is a free day. So you can arrive any time you want, just keep in mind the check in. Information about the start of your tour will be provided either in the afternoon or through information signs located at the hotel reception. Check in and check out in room: Generally, hotel rooms will be available from 14:00 hours and are to be vacated at 10:00 am.
