The driver for my transfer from the Copenhagen airport to the Copenhagen hotel was not there to meet me. I had to call the tour company, which they sent someone after I had to wait 1.5 hours. After talking with the driver, the tour company never notified him (prior to my arrival) to pick me up. 2. I had to use the restroom at one of the stops and the bus left without me. Yes, this tour starts at 7:30 every day, except the first and last day. In case you prefer to go ahead with the cancellation the following regular Terms and Conditions will apply: Penalty 1: 31 days or more: Euro 100, From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10 % of booking cost, From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25 % of booking cost, No show: 100 % of booking cost.
