- Day 1
Lisbon
You'll get transferred to your hotel in Lisbon and have time to settle in. Stop by the hotel reception in the afternoon to check the information boards for details about when your tour officially begins.

- Day 2
Lisbon
Your guided tour takes you through Lisbon's seven hills, narrow alleys lined with Portuguese tiles, and the historic Belem neighborhood where explorers once departed for voyages. The afternoon gives you free time to wander through Bairro Alto and check out its viewpoint, or you can take an optional trip to nearby Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril if that interests you. You'll head back to the hotel from Restauradores Square.

- Day 3
Lisbon to Algarve
You'll travel south through nice landscapes and cross the Tagus River bridge into the Algarve. After exploring Lagos with its charming center and grabbing lunch, you'll reach Cape St. Vincent at Europe's westernmost point to see the historic Sagres fortress. The day ends in Albufeira where you can check out the beaches and historic center.

- Day 4
Algarve to Evora
Starting in Faro for a relaxed walk through the Algarve's capital, you'll then head into the Alentejo region. You'll explore Mertola, a walled town with whitewashed streets and a castle sitting on the Guadiana River banks. From there, Evora's your next stop, where you'll tour this UNESCO walled city and see its medieval palaces, Gothic buildings, and Roman temple along with the unique Chapel of Bones.

- Day 5
Evora to Fatima
You'll travel through Alentejo landscapes visiting Marva with its panoramic views, then Castelo de Vide to see its castle and medieval Jewish quarter. The Convent of Christ in Tomar comes next, followed by a stop in Aljustrel to see the birthplace of the three young shepherds. You'll arrive in Fatima with time to visit the Sanctuary and attend the candlelight procession if you want. Dinner at a traditional restaurant is included.

- Day 6
Fatima to Porto
You'll travel north to Porto and arrive around 11:00 a.m. After that, you'll board a traditional Portuguese Rabelo boat for a 50-minute cruise along the Douro River to see the city from a different angle. Then you'll walk through the historic Ribeira district with its narrow streets, old merchant houses, and nice cafes before heading to your hotel.

- Day 7
Porto to Santiago de Compostela
You'll travel through beautiful landscapes to Braga where you'll ride the world's oldest water-operated cable car up to the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus and enjoy the views. Coming back down, you'll walk the picturesque staircase, then head into Galicia to Cambados for a glass-bottom boat trip on the Ria de Arousa. You'll learn about mussel and oyster farming, taste some wine and mussels, then continue to Santiago de Compostela for a guided city tour of its medieval streets and pilgrimage sites.

- Day 8
Santiago de Compostela to Oviedo
Following the Way of St. James, you'll start in Lugo exploring the historic town center and UNESCO-listed Roman walls. Next comes the charming O Cebreiro stone village, then Leon where you'll arrive around lunchtime. You'll tour the Gothic cathedral known for its stained-glass windows and explore the historic center. After crossing the Cantabrian Range into Asturias, you'll reach Oviedo by evening for a guided city tour (either now or tomorrow morning) followed by a traditional Asturian dinner at a cider house.

Oviedo to Santander
You'll start at the Basilica of Covadonga in the Picos de Europa, then travel along the coastline to Santillana, one of Spain's most beautiful towns with its intact medieval quarter still standing. You'll visit the nearby Altamira Cave Museum, then finish your day in Santander with a panoramic guided tour that shows you this elegant coastal city and its beautiful bay where mountains reach the water.

Santander to Zaragoza
You'll follow the motorway along the Cantabrian coast where mountains meet the sea. Arriving in Bilbao, you'll get a guided tour of the Guggenheim area, old quarter, and Cathedral, then have free time to try authentic pintxos. From there, you'll head to the La Rioja wine region to visit the Wine Culture Museum in Briones before arriving in Zaragoza in the evening.

Zaragoza to Barcelona
Your morning starts with a panoramic guided tour of Zaragoza visiting the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, where you'll see works by Goya, the Roman theatre, Renaissance palace, and Aljaferia Palace. After lunch, you'll travel to Catalonia to see Poblet Abbey, one of the world's best-preserved medieval monasteries, and arrive in Barcelona in the evening.

You'll travel south along the Mediterranean and stop in Peniscola, a nice walled coastal town. Continuing to Valencia around lunchtime, you'll have a chance to try the famous paella. Around 4:30 p.m., you'll head toward Madrid with a brief stop at the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences. You'll arrive in Madrid between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. and get transferred to Plaza Mayor for dinner and drinks at one of its many restaurants.

Then you'll head to Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. You'll tour Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid, followed by free time in the afternoon. By evening, you'll get a transfer back to your hotel.
