Customer Reviews
- Veronika· September 29th, 2025A little more in English (not almost only Spanish) would have been great! But it was still a very nice trip!Show more
- Francesco· August 28th, 2025Overall, the tour was well organized and largely met our expectations. We visited the most relevant places, in line with the program of tour. However, in a couple of cities—particularly Los Angeles and Toronto—the hotels were located too far from the downtown areas, which was disappointing and reduced our ability to hang out in our free time. On a positive note, the hotel rooms were generally spacious and clean in any cities. We would have appreciated more walking tours to better experience the cities on foot. Instead, many of the excursions were panoramic, conducted primarily from the bus. While we understand that this format appeals to some travelers, we personally found it less engaging. Similarly, the scheduled stops at commercial shopping centers felt unnecessary. We would have preferred spending that time exploring downtown districts or visiting museums, which offer richer cultural insight. Lastly, we were the only non-Spanish speakers in our group. This occasionally led to communication challenges, as some tour guides tended to favor Spanish over English during explanations. While not a major issue, it did affect a bit the inclusivity of the experience.Show more
- Tiglath· September 3rd, 2025The tour guides were knowledgeable and the whole tour was well organized. The one downside was that the tour was billed on Tourradar as English-based but the tour company Europamundo provides services for mostly Spanish-based travelers. While this wasn't a problem for me, it would be best if a footnote or something is included to say that these tours are Spanish-based.Show more

Asked on July 3rd, 2025Can you tell me what hotel you use and if you would have an arrival transfer on September 30th to the hotel you are using. Lastly, the visit to the falls on Day 3, is that something you arrange for them? And does that include a stop at Basilica Sainte Anne de Beaupre? If so, do you have that cost available? On the end of the tour in Quebec City do you take them to YQB Airport?
EuropamundoOperator•Written July 2025The additional nights in Montreal are priced at 150.00 USD per person in double room, including breakfast and taxes. The planned hotels are Faubourg Hotel Montreal and Saint Laurent Montreal. The departure transfer is not included and costs 131.00 EUR per person. Europamundo provides a panoramic tour of Quebec City, which includes Chateaux Frontenac, Place Royale, Sainte Anne de Beaupre and the Citadelle. In the afternoon, you can visit Montmorency Falls.

Asked on May 5th, 2025I'm looking for a tour arriving Wednesday, October 22 to Sunday, October 26, 2025 for Quebec City and Montreal. I don't see these as available dates. I'm a party of one and I'll be coming from Philadelphia after a conference. Is there a way for you to add travel dates?
EuropamundoOperator•Written May 2025Unfortunately, we do not offer these dates. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major tour operator.
EuropamundoOperator•Written May 2025We offer special discounts for: Passengers over 65 years old, Repeat Passengers, Minor/Children, and Honeymoon Passengers. To obtain these discounts, a copy of the document that justifies the discount must be attached at the time of booking.
