disgustingly ugly. A bad joke from start to end.. (the drivers did a splendid job!!!!) Luis, a fine man, but, he did not speak English in any recognizable form!!! Because 99% of the tourists only spoke Spanish, I let it go. Access to any edible food was another bad joke!!! The tour was advertised from “age 1 to 99 years”. Because the average age seemed to be 50-60(?), at age 84, I was always tagging along behind!!! Your communications were minimal, faulty , and always a day,2, 3, 5, days late!!!!The excuse always being “the travel industry was getting back on its feet”. If you cannot perform, say so, and don’t offer the trips, and not perform!!!! a decent thing to do would be to refund the monies, not drag people thru a week of horror!!!! Anything worth seeing had an additional price tag to it. You Daniella, should take a bit more pride in yourself and not fumble your way thru this hoax. Go out, find a real job, one you can be proud to participate in, vs creating constant excuses and always after the fact!!!! I read a similar published review of this trip and she was right on all points

I wish I could give this company a better rating but in all consciousness and honesty to future travelers I cannot. The problem begins with the pre-tour communication as to what is included and which hotels you will be staying at. We had to arrive a day early to meet the group on time for day one. Europomundo changed hotels several times. They promise a transfer to the hotel but make sure if you go early to be as close to the airport as possible. Next problem was verification as to who and when will actually pick you up for the transfer?I asked for a week before we left for this crucial information and was ignored. At midnight at the hotel we finally were information that someone would pick us up to take us to the hotel. The driver literally had no idea who he was picking up, as we waited for 40 minutes before asking him if we were his group. He denied it at first and claimed he thought we were waiting for Uber. It pays to talk to people as after asking him for the name he was able to pull it out, wrong spelling of course. Next problem is they claim this tour is in English, it is not! It is Spanish. Every single person they deal speaks Spanish. This is an American Tour entirely in Spanish. We were literally the only English speaking people. I got the feeling that they were annoyed we did not speak Spanish, and the Guide we started with (Alberto) was nice enough and did try to accommodate us by translating for as much as he could. The tour was only half full. Next problem was the bus. Bus driver as constantly late. One day the bus broke down making him over an hour later before we started. We spent a good part of our tour waiting around for the bus. Hotels were not bad. That was good, but they were out of the way from major areas, so when we had free time we where far from restaurants or stores, while the hotel did not have anything to offer other than breakfast which was included with the night stay. The tour agenda itself was very good. We loved the places we saw, however the itinerary and tour overview are not accurate. We mostly drove by these places and did not actually stop. Another problem was that the itinerary had a lunch stop planned, however because the bus was constantly late they skipped lunch until late afternoon so that it was almost dinner time. This was a daily thing. Guide was more concerned about the bus driver's time than the guests. Regarding the optional tours, only one of the three was offered because, and that was the NY boat tour of Statute of Liberty, even though our group shrank from 24 to 7 people. Again guide was concerned about the driver's time, not the group. At least the boat tours were in English which had nothing to do with Europomundo. So in NY our group was only 7, and we got a smaller bus, and new driver. Driver did not wear any mask and was coughing and spitting up the entire time. Very uncomfortable for everyone. Guide had to tell him where to go, felt like his first day. The most disturbing thing was we had an evening drop off near Times Square. Guide gave us a marked map where to meet up for the pick up several hours later. We only had 7 in the group, but we only came back with 5. The Guide waited for 10 minutes for two Peruvian women (who did not speak English), and just left them. Our hotel was at least 35 minute drive back. We were all concerned about the ladies, but the guide was again concerned about the driver's time. We were supposed to have an optional tour of NY the next day, but guide said too bad, he was done, he was taking two days off, that we are on our own until the Boston leg. Guide was upset that the people that departed the group left poor tips and he was annoyed. Guide clearly does not like his job. The other travelers in the tour were very very nice and friendly. Even though we were only English speaking ones we all made efforts to communicate and get along. The Boston leg was also somewhat disorganized. We were told that Walter would take us to Boston tour, yet we ended with with Jeannette. Both Spanish speaking. Now our group was only 5. So at breakfast the guides were deciding who was stuck with us to Boston. Jeannette is a very friendly nice guide, and did her best translating. Problem was she was very difficult to understand, and translation not the best. She also had the same rushed agenda. She just wanted to get us to Boston as quickly as possible so she and the driver could return to NY that same day. Rushed tour. What is really interesting is that a Columbian women is trying to explain US History in America of events that happened in Boston which were clearly know as incorrect. She did not know what the colonists were called who ate chicken with Indians were called (Pilgrims), and got historical facts wrong. I guess it does not matter if you are touring with Spanish speaking groups who cannot refute one way or another. She did not seem to be a trained guide but more a travel sitter and picture taker. Our tour of Boston ended 2 hours early, so we missed out on several tour highlights. Last issues with Europomundo was the location of the hotel in Boston, which was 15 miles from Logan Airport. Again they put us in a hotel away from downtown. No taxi, and too far for Uber. The cost from our hotel to the airport was $155, so be prepared. Oh they prefer cash. We asked the driver why we are so far out, and he said hotels in Woburn are far far cheaper. Prior to the start of the trip I asked Europmundo what the cost of transfer from our hotel to the airport, and they wanted $175, so the taxi is still less. They know exactly how far out we were, but their services ended, so your on your own. I will never take a tour with Europomundo again. We have used other companies in the past, all better. Other tours are organized and stick to their itinerary, much more professional, and actually include a few meals and paid events. All of this tour sights and stops were free to the public. The cost of this tour pretty much just includes hotel and bus services, and a hotel pick up. Organization and communication is extremely poor. Guides and bus drivers expect a tip. Good Luck.
