- Day 1
Lisbon
You'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel where you can settle in and get comfortable. After dropping your bags, head to the hotel reception in the afternoon to check the boards for details about when your guided tour starts.

- Day 2
Lisbon
A guided tour takes you through Lisbon's seven hills, famous tile work, and that gorgeous Atlantic light. You'll see the historic Belem neighborhood where Portuguese explorers once departed. The afternoon gives you freedom to check out Bairro Alto and its viewpoint, or you can opt into a day trip to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril if that interests you. Later you'll head back to the hotel from Restauradores Square.

- Day 3
Lisbon to Madrid
This morning you head out from Lisbon and drive through the Alentejo region toward Spain. Stop in Estremoz, a medieval town, for coffee. From there it's on to Caceres where lunch and time exploring the well-preserved medieval and Renaissance center await. By evening you'll arrive in Madrid and get transferred to Plaza Mayor.

- Day 4
Madrid
A comprehensive guided tour covers central Madrid's highlights including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcala, Plaza de Colon, and Plaza Mayor. You'll visit Retiro Park with its lake and Palacio de Cristal, plus admission to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium is included. The afternoon is yours to do as you please before returning to the hotel.

Madrid to Barcelona
You leave Madrid in the morning and travel through Castile toward Barcelona. First stop is Zaragoza to see the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. From there you'll visit Poblet Abbey, one of Europe's best-preserved medieval monasteries. By evening you'll arrive in Barcelona.

- Day 6
Barcelona to Girona
A guided tour shows you Barcelona's Gaudi architecture, the busy Ramblas, and the city's history along the Mediterranean. Later in the day you head north into Catalonia to Girona. There you'll walk through the historic center, see the colorful houses, wander the old Jewish quarter, and check out the impressive cathedral.

- Day 7
Girona to Chambery
Today takes you from Barcelona through Provence toward France. You'll stop in Arles, a UNESCO site famous for Van Gogh, where lunch and time at the Roman theater and Romanesque churches are on the agenda. Next is Carrieres des Lumieres, an underground art experience in an old quarry with art displays and sound effects. By evening you reach Chambery, a charming medieval town.

Chambery to Leysin
You cross into Switzerland and arrive in Geneva. Your guide takes you to the Palais des Nations (the UN's European headquarters), the English Garden with its famous flower clock, and the Jet d'Eau fountain. After that comes Gruyeres, a walled village known for cheese, and the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory for tastings. Chillon Castle sits beautifully on Lake Geneva's shores and you'll see it before reaching Leysin by mid-afternoon for dinner.

Leysin to Zurich
Mountain scenery takes center stage as you ride a cable car up to Glacier 3000, one of Switzerland's best spots with year-round ice and snow. You can walk the suspended bridge between peaks, explore the Ice Cathedral, or try the Fun Park. Lunch happens in Interlaken. Then it's on to Lucerne before arriving in Zurich by evening with time to walk around the center.

- Day 11
Paris
The Palace of Versailles and its gardens take up your morning and early afternoon. On the way back to Paris you visit Montmartre, the bohemian neighborhood full of artists and cabarets. A guided panoramic tour shows off Paris's main avenues and monuments. Evening offers an optional variety show if you're interested.

- Day 12
Paris to Rouen
Start the day at the Eiffel Tower where you can go up to the second floor. After that, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Seine. Your afternoon is free to explore Paris however you'd like. Around 4:00 p.m. you depart for Normandy and arrive in Rouen. Spend the evening walking the historic center with its medieval architecture and Gothic cathedral.

Rouen to London

London

- Day 15
London to Volendam Ferry
The British Museum takes your morning, one of the world's oldest with collections from many cultures. Later you head to Camden district to walk its vibrant street market and check out unique items from around the world. Lunch is available at one of the small restaurants or food stands. Around 4:00 p.m. you leave for Colchester, England's oldest recorded town, for a leisurely walk. Then it's to Harwich where you board an overnight ferry to the Netherlands in an en suite cabin.

- Day 16
Volendam to Amsterdam
Around 8:00 a.m. you arrive in the Netherlands at Hoek van Holland. First is Volendam, a charming fishing village. Then into Amsterdam for a guided tour covering the iconic windmill, Rembrandt statue, the South District's contemporary style, and diamond cutting at Museum Square. The tour ends in the city center and you'll have free time after.

You leave Amsterdam heading toward Germany. Hamelin is first, a charming town with streets and shops from the Pied Piper tale. Passing through Marienborn, the former border that divided East and West Germany until 1990, you continue toward Berlin. You arrive in the evening.

- Day 18
Berlin
A guided tour takes you through Berlin's key sites, seen mostly from the coach including Museum Island, the Television Tower, shopping streets, the old cathedral damaged in World War II, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, and the city's parks. You'll stop at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Memorial Museum, two important landmarks showing Germany's 20th-century history. The afternoon is free for exploring on your own, then you head to Kantstrasse in early evening.
