Itinerary
- Day 1
Fes to Merzouga
You'll drive through Morocco's Middle Atlas Mountains, making stops along the way to see the Cedar Forest where you can feed Barbary monkeys in their natural habitat. The road takes you past the scenic Ziz Valley with its palm groves stretching across the landscape. By afternoon you'll arrive in Merzouga and get your first look at the Sahara's golden dunes. After checking into your riad, spend the evening settling in and getting ready for tomorrow's desert activities.

- Day 2
Merzouga - Sahara Desert
This morning you'll hop into a 4x4 Jeep and head across Erg Chebbi's dunes for a thrilling ride through the Sahara. You'll meet local nomad families and share traditional tea with them, then visit Khamliya village to learn about Gnawa music and healing traditions. Around midday you'll have a traditional meal prepared by locals. Later in the afternoon you'll relax back at camp before heading out on a camel ride to catch the sunset. After settling into your desert camp for the night, you'll enjoy dinner and music around the campfire under the stars.

- Day 3
Merzouga to Dades Valley
Wake up early to watch the sunrise paint the dunes, then take a short 4x4 ride back to the village. You'll travel along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, passing ancient clay fortresses and palm groves along the way. Stop to stretch your legs with a walk through Todra Gorge, where rocky walls rise about 290 meters on either side. From there you'll drive through the Dades region, taking an easy stroll through Boumalne's palm grove and passing rose fields before reaching your accommodation in the Dades Valley.

- Day 4
Dades Valley to Marrakech via Aït Benhaddou
You'll start with a scenic drive toward Ouarzazate through the High Atlas Mountains, following the Road of 1000 Kasbahs to reach Aït Benhaddou. Pass through the Valley of Roses, which is known for producing high-quality rose extracts. Spend time exploring Ouarzazate, the filming location for movies like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Later you'll cross back over the High Atlas and arrive in Marrakech by evening, bringing your desert journey to an end.
