  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Hanoi

    You'll arrive at Hanoi airport where your private guide meets you. From there, transfer by private car to your hotel, and the driver will help with luggage and check-in. You'll also get a complimentary local SIM card with unlimited 5G internet and international calling credit included.

  2. Day 2

    Hanoi

    Start with Hanoi's key sites including the Ho Chi Minh Complex with its Mausoleum and former stilt-house residence, then visit Hoa Lo Prison and the One Pillar Pagoda. Check out the Temple of Literature, which dates back to 1070 and served as Vietnam's oldest university. After lunch, head to the Museum of Ethnology to see life-size structures representing Vietnam's 54 ethnic minorities. Later, take an hour cyclo ride through the Old Quarter's busy streets, and end the day with a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppets Show.

    Hanoi to Halong Bay

    Following breakfast, transfer by private car for about 3 hours to Halong City. In the afternoon, board a traditional Vietnamese junk for a one and a half day Halong Bay cruise. You'll cruise around limestone islets and caves, then watch the sunset from the deck and have dinner on board. All meals are provided, and optional activities like swimming, kayaking, and diving are available.

  4. Day 4

    Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh City

    Wake early for sunrise over the bay with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. Continue cruising and choose between kayaking or a traditional rowing boat to explore local water life. Disembark at Tuan Chau International Passenger Port around 10:30 am, then transfer by private car (roughly 3 hours) to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. After arrival, your guide meets you and takes you to your hotel where the rest of the day is free.

  5. Day 5

    Ho Chi Minh City

    Head out in the morning to explore the underground Cu Chi Tunnels. Return to Ho Chi Minh City to visit the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace. You'll then walk around Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Saigon Post Office, and Dong Khoi Street, which used to be called Rue Catinat.

  6. Day 6

    Mekong Delta

    Set out early to the Mekong Delta and cruise on the Mekong River sightseeing islands named Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix. Land on Unicorn Island to walk through village roads and visit a tropical fruit orchard. Stop at a bee farm for honey tea, then explore a typical Mekong Delta house. Check out a coconut candy workshop to taste fresh candies and tropical fruits. Land on Dragon Island and transfer by cyclo or motorbike to a local home for homemade lunch, where you'll help prepare Vietnamese dishes like Banh Xeo and Spring Rolls. Return to the boat station and head back to your Saigon hotel.

    Phu Quoc Islands Cruise

    Take an exciting day tour of three of Phu Quoc's beaches by cruise. Hotel pick-up takes you to An Thoi Harbor where you board your cruise to Buom Island to relax under palm trees. Next stop is Gam Ghi Island for snorkeling in clear waters. After lunch on the cruise deck, travel to May Rut Island in the An Thoi archipelago to experience white sand and calm waters. Then cruise back to the harbor and return to your hotel.
