The hotels were great and walking distance to the trains and sight-seeing. We got a detailed itinerary before we left and had a one-on-one zoom meeting with the tour operator to go over the itinerary and ask questions. They checked in with us during the trip several times. This tour is ideal if you don't want to make all the plans and reservations yourself. And you aren't stuck in a big tour group on someone else's schedule. You're free to spend as much time as you like or choose different activities.Show more

Information on getting to locations was clear and understandable. Vouchers for hotel and transportation were provided as well as information regarding how to redeem them.
