The weather was perfect, cool but sunny, ideal for sightseeing without the summer crowds. Our guides, Abdellatif in Chefchaouen and Muhammed in Fes, were knowledgeable and friendly. Walking through Rabat’s medina, enjoying the coastal small town of Asilah, and exploring the blue alleys of Chefchaouen were definite highlights. The accommodations were cozy, and the food stops were fantastic, places we never would’ve found ourselves. Even with the short time, the experience felt rich and rewarding.
