- Day 1
Johannesburg to Livingstone to Hwange
You'll fly from Johannesburg to Livingstone and catch your first look at Victoria Falls, the UNESCO World Heritage Site that straddles the Zambia-Zimbabwe border. After landing, you're transferred to Hwange Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe where the rest of the day is yours to settle in and get comfortable.

- Day 2
Hwange
This morning takes you to the Painted Dog Conservation Centre near Hwange National Park. There you'll see rehabilitation areas for injured and orphaned dogs while learning about local conservation work. After grabbing lunch, an afternoon game drive through Hwange National Park lets you spot wildlife in their natural habitat.

- Day 3
Hwange to Victoria Falls
You head to Victoria Falls by road. Later that afternoon and into the evening, you'll be on a sunset boat cruise along the Upper Zambezi River just above the falls. Hippos, elephants, and river wildlife surround you while you have a full dinner with river views around you.

Victoria Falls
A helicopter flight takes you over Victoria Falls, Batoka Gorge, Zambezi River, and Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. After landing, you get a guided tour of the falls themselves to see the scale of the water and the misty rainbows created by the spray.

- Day 5
Victoria Falls to Livingstone Island
You transfer to Livingstone, Zambia this morning and board a boat to Livingstone Island from the launch site. Following Dr David Livingstone's route, you'll reach the waterfall edge where spray and rainbows create constantly changing views depending on river levels. Brave visitors can swim in Devil's Pool or Angel's Pool before heading back to the Zimbabwe side.

Chobe National Park
Today you cross into Chobe National Park in Botswana for both a game drive and boat trip along the Chobe River with a guide. You'll likely see herds of elephants crossing the river. By late afternoon you're back in Zimbabwe at your lodge for dinner and the night.

Victoria Falls to Cape Town
After breakfast, you're transferred to Victoria Falls International Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Once you land, you're met and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is open for relaxing or wandering the city. By evening you can check out the V&A Waterfront for dinner before heading back.

Cape Town
A cable car ride takes you to the top of Table Mountain for views across the city and coastline. Coming back down, you'll pass through the Malay Quarter (Bo-Kaap) and the city center before visiting the Castle of Good Hope. Later you head to Milnerton for photos of Table Mountain from across Table Bay, then grab lunch at the V&A Waterfront before returning to your hotel.

Cape Peninsula
A full-day guided tour covers the Cape Peninsula with Atlantic coast views throughout. You'll drive through Hout Bay fishing village with an optional boat trip to see Cape Fur seals on Duiker Island. Chapman's Peak Drive leads to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. From there you continue to Simon's Town naval base to see the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, then finish at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens for a short walk through the grounds.

You travel through the Winelands to Franschhoek for a day centered on wine tasting. One tasting at a selected estate is included, and depending on how the day flows, a second tasting may happen before you return to Cape Town.
