Santiago
This morning you get to pick your own activity: either the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art or the Memory and Human Rights Museum. After that, a local guide takes you to Mercado Central de Santiago where you'll walk through the fish market, see what's fresh, and choose your own catch. A chef will then prepare it into ceviche for your lunch. The rest of the day is yours to wander Santiago on your own.

This afternoon, choose between walking through the Recoleta Cemetery or exploring Palermo's colorful street art. Tonight brings a tango lesson from a professional, then dancing at a local milongas club.

You'll visit Museo Draghi to watch silversmiths working and see a private collection. From there, an unpaved road takes you to a traditional estancia ranch where you can ride horses or take a horse-drawn carriage. Lunch is a traditional asado with flame-cooked meats, followed by folk performances showing gaucho singing, dancing, and horsemanship. Back in Buenos Aires for a farewell dinner.
