- Suzanne· April 14th, 2025The tour, although short, covered a lot in Tokyo and Kyoto. The guides were excellent and very personable, even taking us to some local spots for sushi. The downside to the tour was meeting them. The Tokyo subway station is huge and it is very difficult to locate the meeting points. One guide called us and that is how we found him (we were not the only ones late). Overall the tour was a good mix of free time and guided tours.Show more

There are no strict limitations on luggage for the transfers during your tour. However, for travel on the Shinkansen (bullet train), there may be an additional cost if your luggage is oversized. For oversized baggage on Shinkansen, the fee is approximately JPY 1,000. Luggage under 160 cm can be stored in an overhead rack or by your feet. Luggage exceeding 250 cm may not be allowed to board.

Your child can join the trip for a reduced price if he/she can still sit on the lap of the parents in the bus. You would be staying in a double room with a child bed.
