Lyon to Tournus
You'll arrive in Lyon by 2 pm and get yourself settled on the Suite Ship before boarding officially at 5 pm. After dropping off your luggage and getting oriented to your cabin, you'll have time to explore the ship a bit. Dinner happens this evening, so you can meet fellow travelers and ease into the trip.

Tournus
This morning you're in Tournus, one of Burgundy's oldest monastic centers. You can either take a guided tour through the town highlights or head to a Chardonnay cellar for wine tasting. Later on, there's an onboard lecture from a Certified Sommelier covering wine fundamentals. The ship stays overnight in Trévoux, so you'll have the evening to relax onboard.

Tournus to Lyon
The ship sails back to Lyon this morning with a cheese and wine tasting onboard. There's a WWII and French Resistance lecture in the afternoon, followed by live entertainment after dinner.

Tournon to Viviers
Start your morning choosing between a vineyard hike or a walking tour of Tournon's medieval streets and 16th-century castle, which includes wine and chocolate tasting at Cité du Chocolat. After lunch, there's a wine and cheese tasting onboard while you sail to Viviers. Later, a guided tour walks you through Viviers' pale-stone buildings and Romanesque cathedral, ending with live entertainment back on the ship.
