First of all, a shout out to our tour guide, Graziella! She kept our tour schedule spot on during a busy and hot tour season. She was always there to see that our transportation needs were met, even those we made privately. Most all our expectations were met of the tour, but there was one glaring exception, and that was two days of pre-tour hotel reservations in Venice. We were quoted one price by On The Go Tours, but charged double that amount by Tour Radar, the company that booked our tour. My questions were answered with boilerplate responses from Tour Radar. We were charged $1060 for two days at Hotel Amadeus at a time when direct bookings were about $150 per night (room for two).

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 30th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 30th, 2025, a minimum payment of $600 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "On The Go Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
