Prague
You'll land in Prague and have the afternoon and evening to yourself. Walk around the city, check out the surrounding areas, or just get settled in your accommodation. This is a good time to grab dinner somewhere and start getting a feel for the Golden City before your guided activities begin tomorrow.

Prague
Start with a guided walk through the city's main attractions, heading to Hradčany Castle Grounds and St. Vitus Cathedral. You'll see the Old Town's Astronomical Clock, then have time to wander Wenceslas Square where street performers hang out, or walk across Charles Bridge at your own pace. Try plum dumplings and a traditional Pilsner lager somewhere along the way.

Prague to Vilshofen
After breakfast, the group drives to Regensburg for a guided city walk covering Altes Rathaus and Porta Pretoria from 179 AD. Grab lunch on your own and try a local beer, then explore the historic lanes and squares. Later, you'll head to Vilshofen to board your Avalon Suite Ship, attend a welcome reception, and set sail toward Passau this evening.
